the dash pot is set hot engine at 2500 RPM that screw. on the DP is set buy forcing the DP to go active, on hot running engine.
the TB base TV screw is for setting ISC duty cycle only !
the ECU is hard coded for hot 800rpm and can not be changed, only the duty cycle can be set to 50% (no idle up commands active, like AC off, head lamps off, and blower off and defrost off)
