there is no need for the mounts, tie wrap work ok , and are 3 cents each. that Y shaped mount you showed is hose to hose, clamp spacer that suzuki used, but is just a toy really.
i sent you the a/t box, official photos,

here are all gear VENTS.
that photo above shows a broken nipple. where from, ive no clue,
id need to see every thing ,to access damage. or missing parts.

post #3 see my pdf link there, i made that for you the all gear vents on your exact car.
its off the suzuki part books.
photo 1 , is vent1.
see that.
the bell housing, goes down to the box. 4speed, A44DE Aisin made box. and at 11 oclock the vent nipple mounts.
imagine sitting on the box, straddle-legged, like on a horse and eyes forward.
11ok is on the left top. of box
the photos are clear.
again, from post 3 , it even shows the official partnumber from suzuki there.

photo 2 is hose to same nipple its just cheap air hose. rubber. or syn, rubber, really any hose works right ID.

photo 3 in the pdf, even tells the vent cap p/n, see that?
the drawing set shows all you need, every part that is Unique to suzuki, hoses are just hoses, here. no need for suzuki hoses. all autostore sell hoses.

getting to that spot on any car, is not easy,
after all its on the top of trans box. top front left
(all directions are from driver seat perspectives ( a standard doing that)
so left is always left. (passenger side means zero, as it can left or right) so left is the best word, always.(left, right/ front or rear)

(in general)
then unbolt the transmission rear cross-member, with trolley jack blow member so i can lower the rear of the box to prevent, it falling.
removing the console is helpful but is not a cure. hands cant fit in this hole and go forward that far.
The 4wd shift boot off may gain access to the nipple on the transfer case top.

long road.(im sure i missing some details but>>>)
how to get to the top of the Aisin A44DE box. can be very hard,
ill list the, steps. full now.
drain the transfer case. (bottom 10mm square drive plug)use torch to heat it, if hard to do)
take off front prop shaft.
take off, rear prop shaft.
place a trolley jack under rear tranny cross-member.
hold up the weight of trans with the jack now.
remove the 4 far left and right crossmember bolts
the trans can now be lowered, but put plywood 6" x 20" board behind distributor to protect it. I use duct tape. (the FSM warns to do this, and is wise)
some cars the muffler/cat, etc, needs to be dropped at front exh, header to get trans to clear the CAT.
the transmission has 2 oil lines that will not like bending, so. drop them at RAD.
the shift cable will need to be disconnected at trans.
now lower the jack and and tail of trans lowers. giving access to the top. (tilted , do so gently and dont let Distributor hit the wood too hard, just stop when it hits (2 persons working)
and the cables and plugs, (electr) access.
and access to all nipples, there.

id see first., if CAT off ? dropped in front and slid to left ,allows me to get to the top front nipple on the A44DE. that would be step 1.... or?

there are no others with same failure. it's very very rare to have nipples here fail..
my guess, engine or trans pulls did that , smashed it.

I ordered this gear breather part from Susuki dealler in my country - cost about 20$...

I can reach that place with the tips of my fingers...
Its just I groped there some other hole that may be the beather hole...So I asked for the exct location to be sure what hole is the right...
Anyway , I tried to check that holes to figure out which is the right one... in one of the holes I succeed to insert a plastic stick fot about 6 cm... so it must be the right one. Meantime I isterted there some thin air hose so it will protect teh breather hole from dust and will work as a breather till I will receive the right part.

glad you found it, its tight there, very much so.
we now are both famous gropers... lol

nice trick,.there, adding a temporary hose.

this nipple might be found on many wrecked, toyoto's of the A4x series.

ok, on my slide show 4speed

see that top sticker top left corner, seems the plastic breather is missing too on the new box.
and is the only hole there, if the bolt is not missing bell base.

another place to find nipples that Might fit.
is at any autostore in the plastic nipple department , usually right next to "help" parts.
but we dont know I.D. of hole.... so be hard to do that..

Finally I found the GL-4 oil !!According to the FSM the 75w-85 should
Be good for the transfer.
Just to be sure, I need do open the fill bolt and the drain bolt
on the transfer, let the oil to drain out - put back the drain bolt
and then fill the oil till it will start to drain out from the fill hole...
Am I right?

it filled just like all m/t

the drain bolt is 10mm square drive
is you uses 3/8" ratchet drive, it usually strips it
if never removed before ? then the sealant that suzuki uses there, turns to like diamond hard (1/2 joking)
and is impossible to remove.
but the cure is heat , use a propane torch , hot enough to burn spit.
and not it comes out easy

So this procedure is right ? :

I need do open the fill bolt and the drain bolt
on the transfer, let the oil to drain out - put back the drain bolt
and then fill the oil till it will start to drain out from the fill hole...

correct.
drain it, all out (from bottom drain)
put back the bottom plug.
fill to lower edge of fill hole.

off the book page, oper guide, or from fsm.

the drain plug is lowest plug
the fill is on top. the plugs look the same and are both 10mm square drive.
shop manual tells what sealant they used, by loctite, day 1 on the factory, id not use sealant at all, in fact they are pipe threads and are tapered and seal perfectly when fully tight.

sold in most stores
its not rare.
there are only 2 trans
3L30
and above.
