The suzuki sidekick shows a 4 blade condenser fan, while the geo tracker shows a 5 blade condenser fan.
My motor is dead and in need of replacement, I ordered a 5 blade complete fan assembly with cage and received a 4 blade one instead. I decided to put the 5 blade fan on the newish motor and ended up killing it within a couple of days.
Is the AC system the same other than the blades?
If so, Why do the two cars have different fan blades?
My engineering mind now thinks if I get another replacement, to stick with the four blade, even if I get a 5 blade motor, since I would reduce amp draw and maybe prolong motor life.
I probably don’t need to much airflow, right now I have to watch the ECU engine temperature probe to manually turn off the ac when I notice temps moving above 210F
