yes I solved that by using old hose splitter to create the same ported vacuum on a distributor. NO sorry, Vac advance uses TB ported vacuum only.
The 91 TB has no ported vacuum port at all, and is needed to make the Vac advance work correctly and not BACKWARDs
why not keep the 89/90 TB??????
but the EGR vsv nipple port on the TB, newer, it is ported too, and I think the correct way.
So my old ECU will get the same data as has before, (the older ECU does not every ever create or control spark in any way)
then you mentioned that old ISC worked on 6 Ohm and new is 12 Ohm, for me I am not expert, this is DCR, DC resistance the signal is 200Hz square wave
and the impedance is what matters here , the point is 2 fold here, 80/90 TB can burn up a 91+ ECU on ISC pins. and point to, the ISC may be slower
using 91 TB on 89 ECU, due to wrong impedance. (or DCR) the currents will be 2 time less and may cause ISC to be slow and worse the 50% duty cycle at idle not possible, but not ever tried by me this is the chain of pitfalls on swaps. wrong. theories or facts.
but when I looked up in my old notebooks from school, I calculated that old ISC unit was taking 2 Amps 12V from the system and new one will be taking current 1 Amp 12V, but voltage stays the same, and that was very good point you mentioned that.
the new TB ISC will be slower, and draw 2x less current, and may render it useless the ISC, or very very hard to calibrate 800 rpm hot duty cycle. per manual.
And why do you think that distributor will not work? (simple answers) but way are you asking this , you put the 91 head on 89/90?
it is the same firing order and ok maybe I have to play with the timing set up instead of minus 8 defrees before I will have to come up with different approach, but as far as I know if camshaft is running clockwise and distributor gear is running anticlockwise its the same on both 89-90 and 91+ engines and they should have the same speeds /same number of teeth (13 there are 91+) and diameter/, I do not see any reason why I could not get any spark in the right order to the cylinders they should be identical.
this answer totally confuses me. (well gee can not see your engine and for sure all things swapped or not)
the answer is the 89/90 ECU can never ever run any 91+ Distributor, ever.
1: the 89/90 ecu has not spark generator parts inside, no cmp pin , no ignitor pin and no spark BRAINs at all. INJECTION ONLY ECU here.
2: the 91 distrib only has one part inside, a CMP, hall sensor and not anything else (besides cap /rotor)
3: the 80/90 has vastly more parts inside, VR sensor, ignitor, vac, advance, centrifugal advance, and the ignitor runs the SPARK coil directly
4: the distrib mounts are the same , the cam is not the same, as may that gear on the end , no work, swapped.
but is moot point gears the 2 distributors are not the same at all even if spins ok.
The 89./90 vacuum advance needs ported vacuum. no newer car has,
the 89.90 injector has its own connector 2 pin, not passing through the 6 pin as seen on 91+(this im sure confuses you this)
Thank you for your advice so the 89/90 engine now has 91+ head? with 91+ distributor that we know will never work!
the hose 32./33 is ported vacuum. and is modeled for EGR flow rates first, then used for vacuum advance.
ported vacuum is 0Hg at idle, then as you advance the throttle vacuum rises, to increase EGR flow and retard spark/.
if you use the wrong port the vacuum advance is now backwards. (invertered) and vary bad that.

Thank you, Ok I know it may be confusing to get to the point, but as I wrote before /I know it may be a bit chaotic too many informations at once/ I am keeping all old stuff there exept new intake+TB that means I will NOT BE replacing my old distributor or the camshaft. It will be all the same as it ever was before, so that ECU will be the same old and will be communicating with old stuff as before. old coil old distributor old head old cam old spark plugs all old stuff. I need just to wire it right.
1. Good point on ISC and Ohm issue /yes it may get slower I will adress it when it comes up but thank you really that is something to keep an eye on/

the hard part here
is many persons swapping parts, they have a donor car. (and dynamic endless swapping) not you but is common.
or someone else before already did swaps, and chaos endless. me blind.

So today finally after connecting everything /wires, tubes, connectors/ after re-filling of all fluids, I connected the battery and twisted the starting key. After like 15 seconds of cranking I stopped, then I gave her 1 minute break and then again /battery was bit low on power after 2 monts just lying in garage in the cold/ Ok after that minute I twisted the key again after 10 seconds engine caught and /I stepped gently on pedal to keep it on 1200 revs engine purred like kitten./ After I released foot from gas idle dropped to around 500 so I went outside the car waited for about 15 minutes and set the hot idle to 800 with air bleed screw. Tomorrow I will be playing with strobe light to set timing .Fantastic I have now gen 2 intake and TB on my old 89 vitara, thank you again, you helped me a lot. All the best.
