Good luck getting it unstuck from inside, there is no other way. (plasma torch parked)
cards off , look inside of broken parts and rust, then tap the levers with a drift pin or old bad screwdriver, to release the lock and latch.
use penetrating oil soaked on lock over night first. (and hope)

Yes... and taking out the rear seat will be a big step forward.
