Can the Valvoline-High-Performance-80W-90-Gear-Oil-1-Quart GL4/5 be used in both transfer case and front/ rear differentials??

I come across this oil, could you help examined and confirmed it can be used in both the differentials and the transfer case of the Sidekick Sport??
