try at rockauto.com
always look there first if only to see all brands made for a car so you can shop wiser and save cash what year tracker? 91 or 2004 or? what engine. the old injectrors can be cleaned by reverse flow ultrasonic cleaning. i unless the coil is burned up. GM sells nothing for this car, RIP GM. (GEO is DEAD) Suzuki might, they still so some parts that is a fact. that number above is also AC DELCO (google it) 217-3085 says 1999 to 2004 range says 4 total is not off my 2004 V6 is it j20 engine? some hits show 2.0L and that is J20 DOHC twin cam engine, ill pretend you said 1999 Chevy tracker. 2.0L J20 engine . 27 bucks a pop https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chev...ector,6224 same as a full clean , in real injector shop. most. remans are good. fully cleaned 100% and flow tested and other checks.

2001 Chevy Tracker ZR2 2.0L
2.0L that is a nice motor for sure.
DOHC, OBD2 GM web sites long ago even ended this Chevy + tracker. 100% gone now , not one clue they ever sold it. (at GM OEM parts real) yes I am still kicking at 75years old. faster than the speed of dark but doing jeeps now. I used to have a 4 bay garage at home and restored any thing 4wd and resold them. just to keep me out of trouble.

I purchased the refurb injectors you pointed out from RockAuto, RockAuto also, helpfully, suggested I purchase a fuel filter.
The problem I was tackling was when coming to a quick stop, the Tracker would hesitate like it was going to die. My mechanic replaced them, at first I didn't notice a difference, but taking it out for 30 minutes and going 45+ miles an hour and everything smoothed out. Also, I had lifter knocks when it got below 30 degrees. Lucas Oil Treatment and warm weather seems to have smoothed that out. Thank you FixKick. |
