Glad to have the page
http://www.fixkick.com/tranny/clutch/clu...html#sport
And glad that it also covers the 1.8 Sport
But I am having a hard time finding an exploding diagram for the Clutch Pedal assembly for the 1.8. The 'Clutch Lever' under the dash that attaches to the pushrod into the slave cylinder is a part that is prone to bending.
I found it as part number 49820-77E71 and ordered a spare but I sandwiched metal on both sides of my original with good weld and it should be fine for a while but I can't find the part number for the bronze bushing that goes between the lever and the pushrod that is to take up the 'wear' between the two.
Looks like I will have to get a friend to turn one down for me on his lathe . If I have to do this I am going to try and get him to do it with delrin and not bronze to get the self lubricating properties of the delrin.
Anybody have a diagram of the 1.8 Sport pedal assembly with part numbers? suzukicarparts.com used to have it but it's gone now.
