Brake Caliper Bolts...Very tough and rough looking....
#1
Fixkick,

I changed the brake calipers on both sides of the car today. 3 of the 4 Caliper bolts had to be heated with propane torch to get them off. They must have been the original factory calipers and those bolts have never been removed. Luckily you get new threads on the new calipers!

I re-used the factory caliper bolts since they don't give you these on replacement calipers. Is it possible to still get factory style caliper bolts? I believe they are M12 x 1.25mm pitch. I checked a few online suzuki places and I don't see them listed.

Any thoughts? I probably should replace them next time I have the tire off.

yes, most online , fail to show all parts in stock on this old generation cars, even though they may have the parts.
you need full parts listing. to find them.
the size is easy but not the grade.
not the guide pins.
but actual calip. mounts
09100-12111 (2 door and 4door) same.

that is the org. p/n
they use new p/n now. so... (the names now show up wrong.0)
