Turn signals out after smoke in combo switch

no, the white with green stripe only goes dead of the fuse is blown.

the dead power as at yellow-green pin 3 and at pin 3 of the blinker relay.

if the blinks and hazards work all is well,
headlight flash , work is there too.
cruise?
lots of things possible the schematic shows them all.

I will revise the scheme and retest, just for my understanding. That is what I do whenever I repair something. I go over it so I understand it better or go like oooohhh, that is what I overlooked or forgot or etc.

Many many times. Lol! Ive always solved problems right there falling asleep. I would go: hell, thats why it would not come out, I had to be done this or that way!!

after awhile all the preinstalled smoke put in at the factory leaks out when this happens things don't work to well you need to find a way to reinstall the smoke.(ha ha)

do you own a simple $20 voltmeter,
now be the time to have one.
so you can know when fuses really are good.
a fuse with power turned on, has 12vdc on both ends, if not it is blown
they blow to prevent the fire that would happen, lacking said fuse.
the fuse in hand reads 0 ohms, if reads infinity ohms its bad. for sure.
we can check many things on this car with any 20 buck walfart DMM meter.
the ECU is digital but all inputs are ANALOG , means a volt meter works on all sensors.
we can check the MAF with a voltmeter seen on my maf page, with factory docs to prove all theories, and my testing to validate, it
in fact I have live dynamic maf tests there (my scan tools log data for later plotting easy)

we can check pump pressure on all 16v in 2 places
fuel rail with the summitracing adaptor
or the filter test port.

btw, the bulbs for .blink/brake/park (aka tail) all 4 corner of car can short.
the large brass base bulbs 1157? love to short and 10x that if made in china. (not GE or top makers)
the base glue inside is well, junk.
so they short. so if the TAIL/DOME fuse keeps blowing try new bulbs. x5 do not forget the 3rd extra rear brake lamp,up high, it too can short. (bulb)
also left rear look for present or past trailer hitch hacking behind left rear tail lamp assembly, (means remove and look there)

that smoke is overloaded line, in most cases,but can be a vastly worn combo switch, that gets thinner contacts and can no longer do this job.
the wrong fuse on this power feed, will cause this if the line shorts, in all the common ways.

never run over sized fuses or get damage not wanted. the fuse is for preventing damage,fire ,or smoke,,,
