New gearbox noise after diff locker install?

that's not 4wd, right? its 2wd? but it matters buying parts.
no matter,testing, the parts that goes bad are same.
u-joint itself (cross piece (no play. felt or seen allowed, zero play.)
next is that slider spline yoke piece, to right above. (shinny bits)
it must slide, and that must happen, as rear axle moves in its arc, and trans flexing, in its mounts.
the slider most not move up/down/left/right

the 4wd car uses these parts.

part #8 can go bad. the spline can wear out , before the transmission tail shaft does. (the tail shaft is harder steel, vastly so)

it's 2wd,
and those have different parts...
