I have purchased a Bosch 1100 scan tool in the hope that it would accurately read my 1996 Suzuki Sidekick Sport with 1.8L drive chain cam engine. When I plugged it into the OBD 2 connection plug, the tool asked on the screen to select a vehicle and a list of vehicles appeared on the screen. I scrolled down; Suzuki is not in the list!
Do you think the Bosch 1100 scan tool read codes in my Suzuki? Or I need to buy another one with Suzuki in the list?
