Air flow meter
#4
there is no easy way, (to hack it) we see some folks using MAF of other car, and then a box that changes the flow tables to match suzuki. (not published this)

the 3 ways are used by suzuki , only 2 this 16v
1: the Air flow meter, 567b00 with classic, flapper vain and a pot, variable resistor. (Seen in Europe with special ECU to match it)
2: the Mass AIR flow meter, hot wire, 58b00 like yours, your ECU cant use above. they work quite differently. (used on all USA G16b's 16v here)
3: MAP sensor on all 8valve engines, useless for your ECU. (uses MAP+IAT=RPM to calculate air flow , it does)

I see Walker has one, now. (new offering) Walker is muffler maker, etc.

just dont ask Suzuki, they want your next unborn male child.

A1 cARDONE ,IS KNOWN TO BE THE BEST usa REBUILDER . (FAMOUS FOR ecu'S)

here is the flow , i created. using Excel

as you can see its non linear, so doing that , is not easy.

ive done lots of hacking here, (even used a leaf blower in it , to measure flows and of course driving and logging data ,driving fast )
It has to be scaled for idle and WOT. for 1600CC. engine.
