going down a hill with foot off the throttle, the vacuum can be 25 inches, easy, (that is why this is worst case for smoke) and will suck oil

you might try a hotter plug as a band aid.
it might burn off the oil , better.

that is the problem with cute complexity, CCV, whatever, more parts to break or crack.

what a bummer having red gas. to make things, seem odd.
if it was real gas, it just be , amber oil fouled.
It is real gas. Ill check locally as to why ours is that color. Maybe color coded for country?
i wished id saved my purple spark plugs for show an tell.....
