Plugs have red oily stain and misfire

I fell victim of rookieness for not doing my research properly. But like you say, no complaints. I can still try to get better shape aux guides and replace them or get the non aux valve head. These are threaded to the head with 53ft/lbs and can be removed without taking head off. Copper washers were the ones I could not remove maybe in my second attempt if I use the cvcc head again.
But these plugs were bought new in january and this past week just started misfiring, same plug same cylinder, same gas.

Ill see what i can do.
