This is what I mean, if makes sense at all to you.
The left slider (your left) switches or joins contact 19 and contact 3 seen in this picture (When in normal mode, no hazards)

But since I assembled combo without hazard button and no spring it was always in hazard mode, preventing solid yellow to switch with white/yellow?

Contact 19 circled in yellow and contact 3 in white. Contact# is where that white/green wire connects to and is circled in light green.
So if slider was stuck in the hazard position because I installed it like that, where do signals get power from if its only from solid yellow? Im just curious.
