word of warning in 1.8/2.0 engine

the rear of the pump has a hose/pipe
if by chance that pipe for ANY REASON, no longer flows water, the THERMOSTAT goes quite NUTS. (cycles wildly)
of the heater core clogs, bad news on this engine, very very unique .
so back flush that pipe big time. and win.
