sorry for your EGR grief.
it is huge pain to get it all working
the EGRT main thermo sensor, is used on the calif , 16v. not up in canada
the hood sticker on car (smog) show what country it is for.. Canada, FEe USA or CALIF. EGR is not the same on all.
the non Calif EGR uses map vacuum checks to do , code 51 good or not. (calif uses EGRTs sensor,) if calif EGRT is missing the codes is 53.

- CAT not missing or rodd'ed out or blown its guts out.
- exh egr path 10mm EGR hole not plugged.
- head rear path 10mm hole to same not plugged up.
- then intake, 10mm? S turn hole from H3LL not blocked.<< big time silly path here.
- I guess you have the 4 egr INJECTOR PORTS IN THE INTAKE THOSE ARE EVEN WORSE CLEAN, H3LL #2.
- A NEW EGR MAIN IS $100, OR IF NOT, IS PRICE GOUGING FROM CHAIN, SHORTAGES, SEE ROCKAUTO.
- EGR MAIN THIS OLD JUST LOVE TO STICK for sure hot. it will stick as you drive and roll up to stop sign and stall or shakes hard at 400 RPm.
- ok if all this works above the stall test works, (using hand vacuum pump, ends burned hands)
- leaving vacuum and electrics tests on vsv valve. we can work that as we get there,
