Car running horrible flashing code 14 FIXED

It's a 1993 Sidekick JX, 16v, four door, 5-speed, hard top. (I tried to make an info signature but is "forbidden") The leaks come from the moonroof and/or the the windshield. Also the drivers side windows and possibly the rear door leak. It was involved in an accident before I bought it but since it's going to live in the desert eventually I was not too concerned about the leaks. Oops. I've owned about 10 months. Guy who sold it told me it didn't leak. Guy also painted over CEL so, yeah. I bought a car cover for it a week ago but it already had a small pond in it (dry now though).

The number on the ECU is 33920-58B3(0)

Thanks for all the info and I'll definitely look for the plastic cover as mine was gone like you guessed.
