step one, get the car schematic (need full information , year, make, model, driveline options car)

The ECU/PCM schematic covers this.
the FSM for the exact car shows how to test all sensors. on most cars. (a big clue there)

I'm not sure KiA Prides are sold here. so no book here, USA.

what country? what year,? 1.3L engine. is only clue,, seems this engine started in 1994....?? ended in 2000?

and is a ford/Mazda B3 engine? with German ECU.

i have original software H scan pro compatible on PC and windows

But i dont know witch interface compatible this software and will work .
One said to me, FT232RL White DTR Pin Can Communicate this model . But i Build Interface and Test This . Note Work

you'd have to talk to the maker, of that tool.(software/hardware)
the FT3232 is a virtual RST232 USB Uart port. (for serial data transmission and reception)
it transmits on 2 lines , TX and RX .
your car is 1 line i bet., this takes a special driver to make that work. very special. (bidirectional mode) ALDL like.... i bet but for sure dont know, only KIA knows this....
the tool must know who to communicate this ECU at those signalling levels. (0 to 5v? or?) more.?
and the hand shake
then it must know the command sets .
to scan this PCM you need to find a tool maker that supports this exact engine and PCM. a tall order in most cases like this.

what transmission.
