94 . but what engine.
all shops with mech, with ASE patch on sleeve is a real good sign. most shops dont repair transmission. they send them to dedicated, shops. but do on car tests and repairs for trans. warning, most shops never seen one of these cars, ever. heck down south here, i see one a month, on averages. rare here, to the max. nor some shop, have no idea how to fix cars with OBD1 ECU. if pre 96' some have not worked for 19 years, so never saw OBD1 ever. or was only and abstract dream covered in class as everyone dozed off, when 0BD1 was covered. (back when, we had.....zzzzzz) your car is pre 96 , take the car and the FSM with you, or they may be lost. (many will ) some have access to the alldata.com site. the book is way faster and covers only your car and makes looking up facts fast, not waiting in line in the shop for alldata.com access and long searching through, facts not found on 94 cars, you must now the these sites mix years, and can be very confusing,, get the FSM. and win. be ready to tell them how to get OBD1 flash codes, before you go. my cel page covers this for all years. is your 94, 8valves or 16? one of the best books to own is this , because it covers both engines. you never said which engine. so......... check these out.... the 1995 is a real good book to own and are lots sold , many suzuki books take months to find, rare they are. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=199...l&_sacat=0 be prepared to show mech, the 4 pin or 6 plug , first. and what pins to jumper. find it and the print out the 4pin or 6 pin, as the case may be and put it in the glove box. for life of car. http://www.fixkick.com/CEL/DLC/DiagJump.html
