id bet any auto store in town has one, and is way cheaper than any inport, if im wrong, truly am i sorry, i hope you can find one cheap.
ask for help when lost , in diagnosis, would like to help you.
the tools can cost up to $300 . for like "Snap on", you buy that and your kids, kids, kids will use it. its that good. crazy good.
but only flush with cash ,shops use these or for others as bragging rights.
the $29 tool has dial back , some cars need that only because they have no , spark , scale at TDC, only one dot in each side. (huh?)
that means you have to dial back the tool to find true advance, but this car, has no such setup, nor other older cars. its a new idea, seen on suzuki , like 2.0L or bigger.
the tool cant tell 50,000 volts from, if its French, German, Dearborn USA, or Japanese. spark is spark (its all just a Tesla coil, firing away,)
but doing cops requires one more tool(or make one) we dont have COPS on g16s. think gosh.
you dont have an autostore in town, ? in PR.
good luck to you ..!!!
