ok , DRL off and no lo beam , hi beam work .
95 CDN 8V .
At the DRL module R/W wire fried inside module [ still has 12v ] . no blown fuses
module wiring left side top down R/GRN , R/ W , R/BLU ,,,,, PPL/Y , W/ R ;;; other side BLK/W , BLK , OR/W , PPL/GRN, BRN/Y
Is there a way to rewire around to get lo beam ? don't care about DRL
and/ or run a new wire and switch from batt or fuse box?

thanks for help, sure the only pain is burned pins on the DRL module that all just love to do.
is this 11 pin DRL?
my DRL page has this PDF link I made up
https://fixkick.com/power-elect/DRL/95-97DLR-USA.pdf
normally all you do is cut or remove the DRL large resistor in the right finder top (hidden) and DLR GOES DEAD.
but if pin 2 is burned up lows are dead. totally. ahhh that is your red/white burned wire, oops. the PDF is clear.
as you can see the head lamps all 4 filaments have power all the time even keys in pocket.
so cut pin 1 and 2 wire and short them to each other. just this does it. now the Lows work on demand by you. burned up jack. (head lights switched on)
let me know if has problems, makes sure both fuses good. F11/F12

RE: DRL Help! - fixkick - 10-06-2020
more clear is cut them both and join them that way DRL does not burn more.'
I can not see which end is burned.
but also can pull the module out and just jump the 2 pins 1and 2. and fixed, assuming that end is not burned up .
the high beams work now and flasher;.
1 to 2 jump makes Lows now like no DRL car.
how to do this depends on burn damage, there.

It WORKED !
RE: DRL Help! - fixkick - 10-08-2020
what great news, and hope you run 300,000 miles more and save lots of cash,
it is a shame the pins melt there, common it is. (1/2 sized pins not good)
