i used nitro PDF to export these jpgs in 96dpi.
then resised them for 1024x768 (they were 2 times larger , huge and silly )
 a 5 times reduction in size

the i remastered them with Nitro combine to PDF , select all jgp
right click combine.
then pick small size for web as option

done .
