I am trying to trouble shoot this problem. I have a
98 Suzuki Jimny GF-JB33W. Engine is a G13B. All stock. 50,000 Kms.
Engine quit while driving.
It will run if fuel is manually drizzled into intake.
No codes showing, if there was any I lost them by the battery being disconnected. If I ground diagnosis terminal it just shows code 12.
Fuel pressure is 39 PSI and will hold that at least overnight.
TPS has 5 volts to it and between .5 up to 4.9 when throttle is manually adjusted.
All 4 injector wire circuits have 11.6 ohms resistance.
The Suzuki manual I have that shows the trouble shooting flowcharts keeps saying to replace the ECM with known good one. I don't have a known good one. Is there anything else or what is the next step to check.
It runs like a top as long as I pour fuel into it yet the fuel pressure test look fine. Is something telling the ECM to not inject?
