Yeah I can understand you would have loved to skid to stop. 20tons of uncontrollable steel (+ possible cargo) is hell of a weapon and shitload of a mess when/if you hit something. Usually that something is going to be the loser in that hit. :/
Also local store would offer to deal the parts from rockauto and take the risk of getting wrong parts and change them if that happens (they have used it before).. but ofc the price goes up a lot with all the customs docs, handling and stuff. 140€ for caliber (inc. piston etc) + bracket. They take quite a slice there.
I think I will order all that crap for both front wheels and then drop car and parts there for the work only.
