he likes wiring fires.
fuse 3. (?) lost the lid to the fuse box?
most fuses on all cars run many loads. and this one is many. (tail;park)
Does the fuse blow, with the head lamp switch off? (this one fact cuts the labor to find it in half)

here is the lid , is fuse 3 tail dome. sure.

on my schematics page is this. just Distribution. source side.
http://www.fixkick.com/power-elect/95%20...istra1.pdf

full distribution.
tail dome is the white wire feed, and runs tails, dome and ECU memory , TCM memory and cruise. (and tail/park/dash lighting) all...
page 2 shows all paths (left side is 8v) for white power feed.

page 1 is tail/park feed.
http://www.fixkick.com/power-elect/95%20...mps95b.pdf

the word tail is bogus, left over from 1920 with just 1 tail lamp back side of car...

they are parking lamps front. /rear,. sides and even dash lamps are all parking lamps, in truth.
see page 7 on 2nd pdf for cluster wiring for park.

even the silly cig lighter lamp is PARK tail, (page 8)
if the fuse blows with park lights on
turn the dash dimmer down. did that stop the fuse blowing
also many cars are hacked for trailer wiring behind the left rear tail light , bam, a big old short there. wire nuts, or taped up rats nests.

here is my park short page.
see bottom of page here, see BAM the park fuse blows ( its the hardest path to fix)

and dont forget this, ? buy this plug it in
http://www.amazon.com/Bussmann-BP-UCB-20...it+breaker

sold in all good auto stores.

you now have every load on the white wire, seen, via schematics.
the ammeter will then find it.

Hi!!
the situation is more problematic

With key off and lights off i have a short. 12v from battery negative to engine.
I take off the "modified" fuse and no 12v
I think it may be a screw that bit some wire or something else.
So, i have to isolate all the cables out the tail dome fuse Sad
