When I replace my struts on my 1996 2-door, Geo 4x4 tracker, will I need to have the front end alignment redone?

short answer, no. if still like new.(fit)
long? maybe? 3 top bolts and 2 bottom. none are slotted, so no but if the holes are old and lose,, sure. using cartridges. ? then you can match mark all parts, with a center punch, bang bang, then on rebolt time, match. it. here is the verbatim facts , a real FSM for 96 see page 3c3 and 3C4, no mention of alignment. http://www.acksfaq.com/trackerfsm.htm the question is if it effects camber or caster. camber yes, if top holes worn left/right caster yes, if top holes worn. front to rear. i last did my MX5 that way, match marked, then when all 4 corners rebuilt, had it checked on the laser rack it was perfect. really, it can be wrong, from Prev. owners collisions, or? on all cars, look for slots, or eccentric cam mounts, or aftermarket , adjusted, added for man reasons, for sure collision damage.
