all right; I'm back, and BOY DO I FEEL STUPID!
So I spent 6-7 hours Sunday, 'nother 3-4 this week, and pretty much had it figgered to be FPR.
My buddy says," check your return line; blow air thru it, make sure it's clear'
I say ok, hang up, head back out to the shop.
crack the return line off fuel cell; gas sprays EVERYwhere...!
Well the other day, before rig out of shop, I had reversed the two lines @ top of cell.
I had inadvertently put the return on the one-way check valve side (vent)
All that fuel HAD NO WHERE TO GO!
@!!$#&*0+!!!!
*sigh*
All is well (again; as it was, lol), and got to visit my guru...
Thanks Jerry!

yes, those parts for racing are expensive , like Yacht owners. LOL
there are cheap regs on fleabay for less and from china direct, way cheaper... (made by $1/hr labor)
the problem with KILLer racing pumps for V8s. 500cu/in engines, is that it will over power the stock FPR
the Stock FPR can only flow x amount, to the bypass at 100psi. and will fail.
the Turbo guys run a rising rate FPR, valve that increase pressure with boost pressure.
and is tuned just for that.
i mentioned the pre FPR fixed (screw adj) to hide the super pump from the PFR on rail.
the spring in the stock fpr is calibrated for the stock pump only.. so you cant get the full 1 bar range out of it.
the stock pump does 50 to 60psi shunt rating.
my guess is you are running a FORD Crown Vitoria pump, am i right. it is popular no lie.

yepper; 'e2000'
...or, in this case, the chinese equivalent "Super, massive, go pump, impressive; E2000000"
"make car liek run NEW"
(or maybe not at all)
update:
went to start it this morning and...
it still runs!
