Evergreen head gasket (too much slop in locating holes)

Have rebuilt several motors. Just started using Evergreen gasket set from Ebay. The locating holes (in the Evergreen head gasket)for the head/block locating dowels have so much extra clearance that the Evergreen head gasket is useless. This is on more than one example. Stay away from the cheap gasket sets on Ebay! Any recommendations for a good gasket set (good being reasonably priced and decent quality)?

is not Evergreen ebay gaskets from china.? (someone imports this junk and puts green wapper on it and calls it real) hiding true makers name....
which is "Som Ting wong". or the like....
do not buy cloned , no name, engine parts off of ebay, nor counterfeits.
