G402 Fuel Pump Ground

Question about my 1992 8 valve trakcer, 2 door TBI, 5 speed, 4x4

Im doing some electrical diagnosis. Noticed on the kick page, that your G402 ground terminal behind the left brake light, has two black wires attached. I opened it up and I only see one black wire on the ground. Is there supposed to be two wires, or one?

depends on the  year
and 2doors
my photo is 96 .
but they work the same way all 2doors. same routing of harness from there to under bumper and to pump
