tracker trim

On the tracker, you have plastic trim around the wheel wells.

It appears to be held in with 8 plastic rivets on the front. 

My problem is one of the pieces is loose at the bottom and I'm not seeing how that is held in place. 

Is the exploded diagram some where to reference?

many of those rivets are with a hollow pin, (look close, at front of rivet)
the pin fits that center hole.
to release the rivet wings the pin must be, move out ward. (IIRC from rear to front)
other rivets are just snap in and out. using the body for that ( a simple forked tooL)
