1997 3 speed 2 door kickdown cable
#1
Hello! I'm not really sure exactly what part I am looking for. Reading through the hard to find parts section, it sounds like 96-98 use a different cable, but I can't find one anywhere because it's hard to find, probably. Lots of cables compatible with earlier trackkicks. Are the parts different? My cable was mangled in a past life, and as a result I do not have a good reference for what I am actually looking for.

the 97, G16b 16valve engine with 3sp A/t box  (not j18 twin cam engine called the sport)
yes cables are not easy, but some stores can get them, NAPA , and others.

97 G16 is just  one cable, for that engine and that 16v throttle body.

3sp = 15940-61A00 (89-91)

28250-61a50  96-98   is it.

those are suzuki actual numbers. in the EPC catalog, clearly.
looks like suzuki ended support on that cable.
that means 3rd party aftermarket only,  so did you try rockauto next, they are great source if only to see what is made. now.
is see posters many  back to 2013 same thing, gm and suz ended support this part.

oops nothing on Rockauto, that is never a good thing.
