Missing vacuum modulator pin

Troubleshooting trans issues. Right now I have the governor off and cleaned the screen. Vacuum modulator I pulled out was obviously incorrectly replaced by prior owner. Has the wrong modulator having a green stripe rather than purple stripe  for 91 tracker automatic. The pin behind the vacuum modulator is missing. I called a few trans parts places such and they can’t get it. I was hoping somebody has the dimensions so I can have one machined. It is item 164 behind vacuum modulator  on the page for the th180/3l30 here https://jpat.co.uk/uploads/1/0/3/5/10354..._4l30e.pdf

Also if anyone knows where to get a gasket for the governor that would be great.

the purple will shift way too soon it is for super light car (vacuum = load on engine)
