Front headlight combo difference

Hello. About a year ago I replaced my right headlight/turn signal combo. I installed it but afterwards I noticed that the signal lens is different. Here the pics.

Left is my original and right is the OEM replacement I got from a junkyard. I don't remember year it is from.

It is there. Read again. (different signal lens) Second sentence first post. Look at them closely. Pattern is different and does not has to do with sun exposure. My guess is different suppliers across these years. It does not affect performance but I was curious about it.

Fix, is in there, read again. look at pics. Pattern wise the design of the turn signal lens are way different between each. Although it might look the same to you. But like I said it does not hinder functionality. Is just that I was curious as to why 2 different design of lens. Yes we are all DOT regulated here.

Ok. So it is more like a design improvement. The bad thing is that I never asked donor car year. I got it at a Junk yard. Maybe Ill do some investigating.
Like the ones attached to bicycle rims. So drivers see the bicycle at a distance. Is then a extra level of safety.

My car is CAMi but right lens, the donor one from junkyard, has the small dots pattern. Meanwhile left side, the CAMI one (the original that came with car).
does not. Unless CAMI used a JDM lens on my car? Interesting I will look more into that.

Which part The Tracy part or the Universe of differences on these lenses? LOL!!
