ah a Santana it is , VSEET means just that. A Santana made Vitara., made in spain and is probably for market E41.
I can not decode Santana tags its a deep secret of theirs.
we can do this serially

do the bark test. valve off.
what we cant do is in the reverse like we do on the vacuum system versions.
on yours we start with valve off bark test.. it will be very strong barks, subjective sure, but is a 5-7mm straight shot to the #4 exhaust port.
