a 3 bar will not work correctly. IMO
see what it must do here, fuel pressures must be correct. or the ECU will not inject correctly,
see my graph
from real data, i collected, off new parts, and engine

36psi at 1 bar, WOT, if you buy the wrong part, and this parts is wrong, INJECTIONS will fail. (weak)
think like this, the air above you(atmosphere) is pushing you down (1bar in fact at sealevel)
then when wide open throttle the air pressure in the PLENUM is near 1 bar, (a tad less)
the injector fuel pressures, increase to 36PSI to fight that huge 1bar air pressure,
now if you drive to PIKES peak, the fuel pressure drops do to THIN air there, less BAR, and corrects wrong injections, there.
