is this a sidekick or a tracker?
the first 89s were made in japan, not cami,
so have some unique issues., nothing big

if the fuse slot is not there for then the 4 pin, plug near battery is.
or that wire is shorted to ground

see the pin 15 blue-yell wire, that is the wire that is shorted to ground , for sure;.

yes... it's a tracker... gonna try posting some pics of what I THINK is my DLC connector, and i'll check for shorts on that wire. hmmm... photo too big to post and i don't do phone pics...
see the 4 pins, when new the DLC has a rubber cap, pop it off and behold the DLC.


the tracker 89 has no diag fuse. so is your car a tracker?
