95 tracker has spark wet plugs no start

no one loves intermittent, they make the car scary to drive. when will it hit next.
id open the lid of the ECU and look at those caps
black are they and with rubicon on sided, they need to be kicked to the curb, fast... they are hopeless, id did see one set good, it sat on the shelf at 70F for 20 years.
but not in cars.
look at them.

for sure its lost spark (or random) or loss of fuel , you found it flooding I , i go for lost spark, or ECU loosing its noodle and firing at random, it does do that with bad caps.
seen it.
what happens is the ECU keeps rebooting over and over, disrupting proper spark timig. and the starter makes it 10x worse due to low voltage cranking,
its just a $3 fix, use my brand of caps listed there, high qual caps.

c103, id bet that one has reached, the end of the line, its good for, wall art. or ground fill.
