replaced the top section of the wiring harness from TPS to plug at the front of the engine after the injectors. Symptoms are still present.
Do you know specifically what error code 45 means on a 1995 2-door 16V automatic? Does it mean that one of the ECM pins (A14 or A23) is grounded?
