33920-60a10 ECU application

I've done some searching for the 60A10 ECU but haven't been able to find anything that lists "A10's" application. Can anyone tell me what combination of year, engine, transmission, 4x4 or 2x4 this ECU goes to, if it is a compatible replacement for 33920-60A31 or what (if any) differences there might be between the A10 and the A31?
