Upon examination of the pictures, it does in fact appear that the distributor drive gear is pressed on, and the
head casting should accept the distributor mount. Before blowing up on the seller, I need to establish how much
force I need to put on the gear in order to switch it, and how do I go about indexing it. If this turns out to be
impractical for me to achieve, I must attempt to send it back.
