Any ideas?

ok ever use a $5 stethoscope sold in autostores. to find location or a screwdriver handle to ear, and bland on the cover.
it be super easy to hear the belt hit that cover if in fact it is..
the TBelts all fail just aver 60k miles,
if belt drifts on the pulley cogs, with a new belt i have that covered here.

PS.
AC.
bad fan belt.
bad fan clutch
dropping the belt fan , ends all those in this list. cept, TBELT.
It ended up being the timing belt cover.
I had replaced the timing belt a week or two ago and I'd heard it rubbing very slightly but it had gone away, then returned MUCH louder.. like in the video.
I pulled the belt, re-set the tension and re-installed it and I haven't heard any more noise. Is it possible the belt was too tight/too loose causing this issue?
