and cable top end bashed in to bottom of bag

then duct tape (again) the bag to hood so opening is up
fill bad with 2 teaspoon oil.
and let set over night.

the exercise that cable, for it to free up?
and then feel the return spring inside the transmission?
its like the throttle but far weaker spring.
the trans sucks the cable back, by its self when working correctly
