1994 Geo Tracker Fuel Tank
#2
those are all (not tank/ pump) are all suzuki only parts.
id just clean them. if not cracked they should be ok, but id test the check valve see if it can rust up or gum up only.
i see you point not wanting to drop tank 2nd time. sure.
the specta premium tanks some have inside special plating that can never rust, check it out.... nice tanks, i thing made in Canada, (was for sure)

Pulled the gas tank on my 1994 Geo Tracker 2D Convertible because the fuel pump was bad. It's a one owner, but sat for a very long time so a bunch of gunk in the tank.

I was going to clean it out, but thinking a new tank might be worth it.

Anyway, I'm going to replace the fuel lines, gaskets, etc... What are you thoughts on the Fuel Separator and the Check Valve? Reuse or replace?

I did some quick searching and couldn't find the Fuel Separator for sale, so I'm guessing I'll have to reuse it. Fuel Separator, 89411-60A01 (???)

Looks like the Two-Way Check Valve 85451-75100 like it's $30. Is there are generic check valve from local parts store that will work? If it's working, just use it?

Pictures attached.
