Today, I have figured out what to do to restore the cowl drain holes on both sides of the driver and passenger but not yet taken actions due to the time constraint.
1. Remove the front wheels
2. Remove the plastic inner fender liners
3. Remove the air intake tubes, on passenger's side only
4. Get a wire to drill the small holes between the rocker panel & the lower lip of the fenders... that are easily clogged.
5. Blast high pressure water through the holes from behind the front fenders
6. Remove the bulkhead center cover and blast high pressure water from the top side to the cowl drain holes
7. All of these without necessarily removing the front fenders themselves!
