the EGR VSV only opens driving faster than 1 mile per hour, on all USA OBD2 cars.
and stays open, and the main, (modulated, i see the parts are missing) is open, under all cruising conditions if the throttle is dropped to idle the idle switch closes, and the EGR shuts down
moving or not. this is how it worked, day 1 in suz, factory.
some remove the EGR main, did you prev. owner do that.> ???? its in the back where i cant see.
does the CEL glow keyon>?
then go out running, i bet not, and if not did yous scan the pcm, if car is usa, car and not canada.
youve posted before and i forgot all the facts on the car located, outside, usa.
did you find the 16pin DLC connector at lower dash edge, at right knee or right shin. If that is there, then that is a USA car, for sure. if not its not. and is European OBD1, old style.
