Ok I have blocked ISC. And while I was at it cleaned my PCV valve
Throttle cable has enough slack(I would say 10 ish mm) Just seeing slack there, you now TV is closed ,up, well, if stop screw not cranked way in.



Started her up (cold idle was no longer at 3000rpm but at 2500rpm and after warm up surging was 1500 to 1000.
so Blocking the ISC lowered the idle. (how much?) what RPM, just approx?

I used propane to try to identify vacuum leak (no change in engine rotation) covering the intake brings it to a stall quite fast without sounds of air

entering anywhere else than the intake.
I'll keep at it tomorrow as I have a weekend off (finally lol)

pinch hoses, to find it, the brake booster hose, booster leaking, , off the hose and block it at intake side
pinch all hoses, but the MAP, (inspect it)
then block the thermal IAC>
the screws here triad cover.
will probably snap off.

this is 91, and one hole there on yours, is missing the bleed air , hole,
but the the IAC air sucking hole you can block with clay.
first make sure both IAC hoses are hot, 180F hot. if not the water path is blocked to iAC (or its packed h2o path).
but if the water flows, then block this air port
