the full fsm for the 96 is online, and if car is not newer than 1998 , will cover this, end to end. and great warnings are there.....!

what is the question, tell your , need. what are you attempting to do.>? just boots? or ? outer bearings, new CV, ? or?

89-98

good luck to you !

all done. had binding in front end, was attributing it to CV, but, turned out being wheel bearing.

was that cv section added to the fixkick page recently?(have some pages archived from circa 2010-ish).

replaced CV on drivers side, have mile marker hubs i'm replacing my failed aisin hubs with, just had bearing pressed in today. That passengers side CV is a fun thing huh? take everything apart on that side.

popping bearing is a new thing to me, curious also as i have a spare hub i was having a bearing pressed into same day the wheel bearing failed. when preventative maintenance misses by one day. xD

been riding my bike to work/around, was dreading it at first. As it turns out, i ended up asking myself why i haven't been doing this all summer. aye, always next year.

thanks for the reply fixkick.
