ECU reporting wrong temp, No closed loop

and if your ECU is telling correct temps and scan tool lies. what is the point ? of using wrong sensor.? (some ecu see overheat and retards spark if this happens)
i can tell you if the water temp is 180f and the ECU is the correct ECU (is it?) and the ECU sees 180F all this is a moot point. (wrong tools)
this ECU does not report temp., it reports voltage, the ECU scales by voltage (inside tables) the reported voltage , the scan tool must scale it the same way
or will display the wrong, temp. ( a wild goose chase ensues) ,

and you need the log scale to make a scan tool work, right, a scale for every ecu made by suzuki, 1980s to 1995 here. and up to 2001 outside usa.

here is the the only GM(GEO TRACKER) table in the FSM , below. as you can clearly see 190ohms is 210F. so......???
